At Russell Eppright Homes, we have a state-of-the-art Internet-based program that links you directly to the construction managers in the field, our home office and subcontractors so that everyone is on the same page. At the beginning of the construction process, we will have a web page set up just for you. Only you and authorized individuals will have access to your page. There is a place where you can enter all of your action items such as originating change orders, concerns, etc. This is not intended for you to manage your own home of course! This is what you pay us to do, and we expect our superintendents to keep a continuous list of all action items on the job.
